Making your Multifamily Buildings More Efficient:  Fuel, Electricity, Water Audits and Maintenance : In order to discover how efficient your building can become, its relative efficiency needs to be addressed.  Most buildings do not monitor fuel, electricity, water usage and costs, rather, they are combined into one budget line-item.  By quantifying the problem and attacking both the big costs and the big users, efficiency comes easily. This session will feature some of the most typical maintenance mistakes in Multi Family buildings.
