Catalog Description: 100 % Internet course

An overview of organizational leadership theory and practice for managers of volunteers. Students will examine and develop a range of skills in a number of interpersonal areas: group dynamics, decision-making, managing differences, and leadership and influence. Students will use WebCT to experience class interaction through forums, live chats, team-work on case studies and class presentations. Students who have received credit for this course as an undergraduate, may not retake it for graduate credit.
